DUTIES

Managing multiple MEP projects
Ensuring there are minimal problems from the design to the delivery stag
Preparing cost estimates for electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, heating and ventilation systems
Overseeing the work of the project management team and ensuring adherence to the project schedule
Coordinating on-site work with architects, structural engineers and electrical engineers
Providing MEP system installation, maintenance and technical advice to service providers, supervisors and inspectors
Inspecting, analysing and finding solutions for engineering issues related to the MEP feature
